The Early Intervention program of People, Incorporated is looking for a full-time Early Intervention Therapy Manager. The employee serves as part of the Early Intervention Management Team, oversees all allied services for the Division, and provides direct services to a limited caseload.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health Early Intervention Operational Standards.
  • Oversee development and operation of all Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services for the Early Intervention (EI) program.
  • Work directly with the EI Program Director to monitor assessments, ensure the quality and fidelity of services delivered, and manage the needs of the Allied Services team.
  • Provide regular, direct supervision to Allied Services staff.
  • Maintain assigned productivity level on a monthly basis by conducting assessments and providing direct services to a limited caseload.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in all staff meetings and required training sessions, including in-service training, as scheduled.
  • Maintain all program and Agency required trainings.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in occupational or physical therapy or speech/language pathology required, along with relevant licensure in designated field.
  • At least one year of experience in clinical management required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Early Intervention required.
  • Skills in communicating and collaborating well with others.
  • Ability to proactively participate in program planning, administration, and quality assurance functions.
  • A qualifying criminal background check, approved driving record, and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Ability to provide a current copy of all required health records
