People Incorporated’s Early Intervention Program is seeking a passionate, experienced Therapy Manager to lead our OT, PT, and SLP teams while maintaining a small, direct-service caseload. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality care for children ages birth to 3 and their families in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all allied health services (OT/PT/SLP)

• Supervise & support a skilled therapy team

• Deliver direct care to a limited caseload

• Ensure DPH compliance and service excellence

• Collaborate closely with EI Program Director

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s+ in OT, PT, or SLP + active MA licensure

• 5+ years of Early Intervention experience

• 1+ year in a clinical leadership role

• Strong collaboration & communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

• Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
